The Victorian Chaine Bailli, Committee and members extend an invitation to all La Chaine des Rotisseurs members, family and friends to attend the National Jeunes Chefs Rotisseurs Competition and the Chapitre/Presentation Dinner in Melbourne on the 24th and 25th June 2016. Almost 50 members will be intronised by Bailli Delegue, Norm Harrison, at the ceremony that precedes the Dinner. Competing in the Competition are 8 young chefs from Bailliages across Australia.
