Join us at the elegant and historic surroundings of The Treasury at InterContinental Sydney for an Induction Ceremony and black tie Gala Dinner – a culinary celebration of Sydney’s Lifestyle, sourced in Australia.
The evening will commence with a traditional induction ceremony for new members and for members who are receiving promotion and recognition for their service to La Chaine. The inducting officer will be Norm Harrison, Membre du Conseil Magistral & Bailli Delegue D’Australie
Inductions will preceded the dinner at 5.30pm at Premiers Room on level 2. At 6.30pm, following a Red Carpet Arrival at The Treasury, you will be served delicious canapes and freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, ice-cold Mumm Cordon Rouge and bespoke Mixology. At 7.15pm, we will enjoy a specially created 5 course degustation menu, created for us by our La Chaîne des Rotisseurs Maître Rotisseurs, Chefs Stephen Lech & Luke Fernley, complemented by a selection of excellent wines.
