We are delighted to invite you to what promised to be a different night where the talented students of the Superior Cuisine/Advanced Diploma Course at Le Cordon Bleu at Ryde TAFE will cook and serve us a high quality meal.
We have been working with Karen Doyle, Program Manager Cordon Bleu Sydney and National President Australian Culinary Federation, our supervising Chef for the night, Simon Bestley and Clive Hartley Wine educator, wine writer to prepare an experience that we are sure will delight our ‘Chaîne sensibilities’.
On the night we will be served an eight course meal with matching wines preceded by the NSW Chaîne tradition of pre-dinner drinks and canapes.
As a special treat for our Members and Guests we will be including a luxury food item on the night.
We have decided that on the night our supportive Chaîne members and first guest partner will be offered a close to cost price with other guests offered a very attractive rate.
